5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with our compliance team. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1× rollover requirement) before withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed. 7.2 Settlement of Bets

For football (soccer), the official result is typically the full-time score including injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless otherwise specified. For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer and recorded on video.

In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. 7.3 Live Betting

Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failing to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
